I order a small box and my order never arrived. I tried to contact and after too much effort and after I sent too many emails and messages they said that a replacement is on the way. It also never arrived. 15€ was gone and I asked for a full refund. They gave me the options to take a 15€ gift card for their site, but it is meaningless if their delivery service isn’t working. Disappointing..
My order never came
They are not doing refund so never order from them again. Imagine having order something for over 50€ and then telling you that they are not giving your money back.

I haven’t received my photos ,they don’t know where my order is.. a big mess,don’t trust your money you don’t know if you receive your order!

Total scam
I don’t know what to say. I placed an order 2,5 months ago. My order has been delayed over and over and the worst thing is they never let me know about it. When I first emailed them about it they said there was a technical difficulty and that they would resend it. A month later the same thing happened I had to ask where my order was, at first they couldn’t find it and then they said there was again a technical difficulty and that they would resend it. After many many delays on my estimated delivery dates my order was due 2 weeks ago. Again still it hasn’t arrived. Last time I contacted them they said it was shipped to my country but they couldn’t track it because the delivery “I chose” didn’t allow tracking. Needless to say I didn’t choose a delivery company and they didn’t even tell me which one it is. They said I should expect it in 72 hours, that was one week ago. Needless to say that I was planning to gift my order for my anniversary. Almost 3 months later I have nothing. Paid a ridiculous amount of money to make a special gift, instead I lost my money and my gift is nowhere to be found.

Beautiful box poor quality of printing.
Order status!
I have ordered from them more than one month ago, and the product haven’t reached me. For this order they were helpful and they told me to send a new one free of charge. I accepted their suggestion, and the new order has been confirmed at Jan 8 2021, I have told that I can see the tracking but when I want to follow the delivery status I got a message which says no information found with that numbers. I am sending emails to them multiple times but I cannot get any proper respond they just repeat to send auto emails.
Great service, very good quality products!
A very nice idea for gifts printed in good quality. The service is amazing and always helpful.
