Lalo: Record Family Stories

Great way to share family memories and stories!

I’ve been looking for a place to put my thousands of iPhone photos and videos and a friend recommended this app. Gave it a shot and really love it! Such an easy way to share family pics and keep the family history alive. Love this little personal story book app

Love getting my parents involved because I feel like they miss out on a lot of social media. It’s like a memorial for our family history. Honestly it’s about time someone made an app like this!!

Great app to unlock new level of connection with your beloved ones. Also loved the idea of using it to create memories. Definitely will use it!

It’s an amazing app. 1. I love the user interface and the colours in the app. 2. I love capsule (how I can add pictures and write something about it and even add a voice note) 3. I can share my capsule (memory) with my friends and family. 4. There are mini apps in this app to play some fun games.

This a good app and free app to connect with our family and share photos .And great part its don’t have ads … Easy to create videos…

I was able to easily access each feature in a smooth and seamless motion. Internet safety is very important to me as a mom with 3 daughters whom all have phones. We share lots of pictures on a regular basis but they can’t get into our iCloud. Lalo gives me the option to still save & keep photos a few clicks away. Honorable mention: I stumbled across the story of how it was created and was very moved by the story. After the death of his father, the app developer sought out on a journey to help other families have a private way to share memories. Lalo was his father’s name.

I love the idea of a digital scrapbook! It’s super cute because all photos are digital anyway, and this just makes it easier to (privately) share with family and friends. However, I don’t think I’ll be using this app as I usually just create Shared Albums on iPhone Photos with my friends and family. I think this would be good for friends and families who have a mixture of Androids and iPhones.

I don’t really use apps where you share moments with friends and family, but I’ve found that I liked this. I like that you can share photos, videos, text, or even audio, and make it so certain people can see it. I like that there are questions, such as questions about someone you’d like to remember, about your friends, etc, which could help you figure out what you want to post in your capsule. There are also a few mini-apps in there that are nice, I found that the colorizer (which turns b&w photos to color) is really cool and actually works!
