Lampa — Digital & Film Camera

Digicam & Analog Emulation

Published by: Alexey Teplonogov

Description

Lampa is a camera for capturing the warmth of moments, not the sharpness of pixels. We believe all you need for beautiful photos are a lens and a sensor, not artificial algorithms. With Lampa, you can get the most realistic optical images without HDR or AI enhancements and achieve the most authenticity in mobile photography.
Everyone loves film photography, and so do we — not for the glares and aberrations, but for the harmonious, pleasant colors and depth of light. Our profiles help you achieve the same authentic feeling directly from the camera, without the need for further editing.
In-House Image Capture Engine:
— Lampa captures RAW data and processes it immediately with profiles. You get a result that can't be achieved by editing photos taken with a standard camera.
— No digital oversharpening and forced HDR-effects
Gentle Film-Inspired Profiles:
— Four profiles with accurately selected contrast and colors create the most natural and soft pictures.
— Inspired by point-and-shoot and 35mm snapshots, they make your mobile photos look like they were taken with a camera, not a phone.
Familiar Experience and Simple UI:
— No need to adapt to a complicated interface to capture a moment. Simple design with every button where you expect it to be.
— Quick launch from the Lock screen and Control center.
Lampa Membership:
— You can use the app for free with 5 captures per day.
— Lampa Membership is a subscription that gives you unlimited captures and exclusive future updates.

Lampa Reviews

Really lovely film simulation

GoodKingMort on

United Kingdom

I don’t know much about film, to be honest, however this app captures the ‘vibe’ of it better than any other in my opinion. No AI, post processing, sharpening etc. Just a really nice analogue filter. The only downside I’ve found is the pricing - I’d much rather pay for a one off lifetime upgrade rather than a subscription.

Simple and functional

TboyH on

This is the first and only third party camera app I’ll be using. I’ve always hated how Apple completely destroys your photo in post with its’ auto HDR and over-sharpening and this app bypasses all of that to give you a natural and true to life image. I love the no frills presentation and limited but functional options it provides, putting more focus (pun intended) on the actual point and shoot aspect of photography.

Simple, aesthetic camera experience

eugenebokhan on

Lampa provides a fantastic blend of simplicity and functionality, making it a joy to use. Whether I'm capturing a quick snap or a carefully composed shot, this app delivers consistently excellent results. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and aesthetically pleasing camera app!

Nice photos!

So far, I really like this app. Starting today, I'm going to have the annual membership. I hope the quality of the world gets better soon!

Issues with 5 a day

ghzlnm on

United States

I have had this app only for a few days and i like it so far, but when does the 5 photos a day resets? I took 4 photos yesterday afternoon and its almost 24 hours later and it still hasn’t refreshed to the 5 for today. It should reset at midnight logically. Please fix this issue.

Amazing effects but high price

notadamkhan on

United States

I don’t think I’ll ever fork up the $30 a year but that leaves me kind of enjoying the 5 photon limit, it makes me very thoughtful with my snaps. The effects and camera tuning is amazing and I’ve made Lampa my lock screen camera app!

Потрясающее приложение

Добавьте, пожалуйста, либо таймер, либо приложение для эплвотчей, чтобы на основную камеру можно было фоткать себя без помощи других людей 😀

Amazing app!

Each shot looks like cinema!

Great but limited free photos

TallRabbit95 on

United States

The app it’s great, great ux and very snappy but 5 photos per day I think it’s a bit short cause you may take a few images to see the actual effect because when u snap the photo the later processing may changed it a bit.

Trash

honestguy4life on

United States

Looks like it’s still a beta, gives you no options. Don’t download it.
