Digitale sleutel werkt niet op IPhone
Bij twee IPhone’s 11 en 14 werkt de in app digitale sleutel niet reeds op meerdere parken geweest en telkens werkte de app àlles geprobeerd, zelfs bij Landal kunnen ze niet aangeven wat er mis is,..

All important information about your park, from all facilities to an overview of your accommodations, can be found here. It is impossible to get lost in the park with our map. For all inquiries, please contact our park reception.

Take a look around the park of your choice. Discover what activities are available at the park and explore the surrounding area. Simply reserve a table at the restaurant or order sandwiches for the following morning.
RESERVATIONS
View all of your reservation's information in one place. Here you can see the booked accommodation, including everything that is present in your accommodation, which is very convenient! Simply use the app to add your remaining payment to your travel group. Using our simple booking overview, you can count down the days until your next stay.

Kan niet inloggen
Op zich ziet de app er mooi uit maar omdat het inloggen niet werkt is de app vrijwel nutteloos
Frustrerend
Leuk bedacht deze app, maar ik vind het nogal frustrerend dat de app constant vasthangt, gegevens toevoegen lukt niet. Erg onhandig als je probeert in te checken, etc.
Waardeloos
Download je de app, kun je niet inloggen met je wachtwoord en word je doorverwezen naar inloggen via de website
Aardige bediening
Fijne omgeving, eten is erg lekker. Bediening goed en zeer vriendelijk.
Kan mijn boeking niet toevoegen in de app
En de dame van Landal kon mij niet helpen? Van de app heb ik geen verstand… Van alles geprobeerd, wachtwoord reset, app eraf, opnieuw installeren, boeking toevoegen, blijft nadenken, maar boeking en dus digitale sleutel gebruiken lijkt niet mogelijk?
Kan boeking nummer niet toevoegen
Mail ontvangen om de app te installeren want verhoogd de vakantie vreugde, maar boeking nummer toevoegen lukt tot op heden niet. Zo heeft de app geen toegevoegde waarde.
Loopt vast bij invoeren boekingsnummer
Website ook bagger
Werkt bij ons niet
Al tig keer de 2 boekingsnummers (ivm 2 huisjes die in 1 keer geboekt zijn) ingevoerd, app lijkt deze te verwerken alleen vervolgens vind ik ze niet terug bij de boekingen. Daardoor is de app niet bruikbaar. Waarom kan na het inloggen in de app niet direct alle al bekende info worden ingeladen? Inloggen op de website geeft direct inzicht in de boekingen enz.
Sleutel delen werkt niet!
Dat is toch wel de basis..de deel link gaat naar de appstore ipv de app en dan werkt het niet.
