Landlord Studio

I spent a few months researching different property management softwares. The trick was to balance product quality, scaling capability, pricing, and customer service. I have to say this software did it for my company. The pricing structure is very affordable for a start up company. The product quality is great! I see the possibility of this program to adapt to the needs of a growing portfolio. The interface is extremely user friendly and the customer service is superb. I tried other softwares and it would take days to set up and link bank accounts. Landlord studio had me up and running within 24 hours!!!! Truly a gem. If you’re a price, overheads conscious company who wants to strike a balance between quality and pricing, I truly think this app hits all the points! I highly recommend it. My portfolio is 11 doors at the time I signed up with them.

Love the colors love the layout easy to read

Adding property and lease is difficult. When you ask a question you don’t get a response back only in an hour or so.

LOVE THIS APP!! Does everything as advertised and more. Been with this app since the early days and there have been many upgrades, ALWAY for the better. I manage multiple properties with Landlord Studio. It keeps getting better. Highly recommended. The LS team is always responsive and helpful. Cannot go wrong with LS.

The best landlord app on the market

I am a blind person, I use voiceover, the screen reader built into Apple devices. I find this application relatively easy to use, most buttons have alt text labels, if I do have difficulty navigating, customer service is quite responsive in fixing problems that prevent accessibility. I have not used any of the advanced features, I only have a duplex. But I am sure they work well.

I used RentRedi for 2 years and it was pretty glitchy and not very user friendly. I heard about this one through BiggerPockets also, and it is so much better! It makes it easy to track expenses and overall so smooth and cheaper (free)!!
