The title basically says it all. The app crashes seconds after it is opened.

Format does not work - can’t share the link or page easily. Old format you could send a screenshot of 4 movie names and times for all 4 movies - not possible now

You need to improve website. Suggestions At the top put a banner to select a location. I have search around before I see it

The app mostly feels like a Landmark Theaters web browser than a dedicated app in its own right, but on the whole it’s not horrible. One huuuge annoyance, however, and it’s related to the loyalty program: Landmark will send you a voucher once you reach a certain points total, but if you end up spending only part of that balance in one transaction, it doesn’t let you redeem the rest of the balance later. This is despite the fact that it will still tell you the voucher has a remaining balance on it, and the app will subtract that balance from your total if you try to check out with it, but then Landmark will refuse to finish processing the order. Cheapskate move to pull on your loyalty members for $4, IMO.

When this app works, it’s great. But it can be really glitchy, and it’s especially frustrating how long it takes for expired rewards to be removed from the app. More than once I’ve brought up a reward only for the theater employee to scan it and tell me it’s expired. Please fix these bugs and make it easier to see current offerings!

Some theatre in OH is linked to Colorado addresses so you can’t buy tickets.

What are all of these 5 star reviews?? We are reviewing the app not the theatre. I love the theatre and love their membership perks. BUT this is the worse app I have ever used. It is so glitchy, it never loads the correct times or locations. My tickets never appear in the app. I have had to refund my tickets two or three times because somehow the app glitches and purchases tickets for the wrong day and time. Thank god they have a good refund policy but they have got to spend more money to fix this app.

More than once I’ve seen wrong movie times. Also twice went to theater to find it closed. Corporate arbitrarily decided it wasn’t worth being open so they closed without notice. Entire staff was sitting in lobby but no movies being shown. Very disappointing!

Had a great time at this movie theater! Was impressed with the how nicely I was treated!

As of now this app is unusable. If you sign into your account, even attempting to open the app at all causes it to crash within seconds. A shame because the actual theatres are great, but as an app it is completely and utterly unusable. Hopefully they can push a fix for that, but you’d be better of using the website.
