LanguageTool - Grammar Checker

Not sure what happened to my review, but i love this tool. All of the stuff developed by gmbh is quality! I have learning disabilities and cant spell very good. I get bullied for not spelling well or for my grammar, it isnt my fault i cant spell very well. So thank you for this tool. I use it all the time and it helps so much. Sometimes the AI loses its spot, but it works great. My biggest problem was finding your app on the store. To find the app i cant search “language tool” i get translators. I cant search “grammar” and find your app neither. It shows the other spell checker. Only if i type “Language Tool gmbh” does it find your app. (Cant use language tool on the app store)

Helps grammar check multiple languages!

I was using Grammarly because I mostly used English when writing, but I also wrote in other languages, like Russian, Japanese, Portuguese, etc., for various reasons, and I wanted my grammar to be good and to learn, so I searched on Google for an app that could write in Spanish and heard about this app, it said it had grammar for different languages. After downloading and using it, I found out it’s fantastic: you can change the language easily, it actually finds more things than other grammar fixer apps, it gives you other ideas for words and synonyms, you can copy the text, it has various grammar fixer languages, etc.

Crashes every app I use it with

It’s very simple and effective. It gives me that small advice I need. I use it on mobile so I’m basing this review off of a mobile standpoint. Checking your writing is very simple and easy to do. It’s really effective for basic texting on social media or friends. I highly recommended this over Grammarly. Last great part about it gives you a great experience for free! Yes free. They haven’t bugged me about purchasing anything for more in depth corrections and such. Five star app. I really would like to give an applause to the developers for this one. Great app guys.

He estado aprendiendo Español con mucha dedicación hace un año, y cuando empecé trabajé más a escribir en Español encontré esta herramienta. Ha estado mi herramienta favorita para chequear mis mensajes que escribo y otras cosas como escribir textos para redes sociales. No puedo vivir sin este app. ¡Muy estupendo! I found more grammatical errors made by this App than others even I have a paid version of it. For example: Did the court err on applying.... The App suggest to change err to "errs" or "erred" because the court is singlar. In addition, other Apps suggest to use "in" instead of "on". I also found that the App some time goes circules, suggest to change a word to a different one, but then suggest to change it back on second check. I bought it becasue it states it use AI for grammar checkiing. Now I realize that all grammar checking use AI. I hope that the App could help me to write without error, not to introduce different error.

Even the free spanishchecker.com is better than LanguageTool. The only thing LT is good at is spell checking. I can use a dictionary, thank you.

After using this application for more than 6 months and even web browsers add-ins. this app is no to compare with Grammarly. It is way much cheaper than other languages app that true because it’s do nothing! I am an Arabic speaker and I purchased the premium version and didn’t help at all. simply worthless!
