I purchased Lapse It and started a project but 24 hours later the video disappeared and seems to have been deleted. All I can find in the app are attempts to make me upgrade. Feeling scammed.
This would get 5 stars if it wasn’t for the enormous storage that the app takes up without any long winded way of deleting individual projects. It’s taking up over 50GB of my iPhones 128gb stirsge! That said it’s a great time lapse app… By far the best I’ve used!
I tried this a couple of times & found the quality of the footage awful, as if it was taken in the 1970’s. In even light it’s fine, but if you are filming something with a lot of light variation, such as clouds & sunshine, it’s a shocker. I wanted it to be good because it appears to offer so much but delivers very little.
My images keep going black and white on playback difficult to use !!
I accidentally chose "slo mo" instead of time lapse It did take time, but certainly fair once i sacrificed frames to speed up the process. If i chose not to, id get the same result. The whole set of buttons and extra stuff isnt for 15 year old me to figure out, who cares, if u want something lowkey, for a quick convenient use and not looking for extremely high end stuff for free, well this is great i have no complaints
Don’t buy as I assume they stopped developing it. I subscribed and it doesn’t recognise me subscribing. You can use the normal version which is capped at 720p and limited options but otherwise don’t buy the premium version
Great timelapse app, but some features are broken. Zoom doesn’t work and then when I film with depth option on, it comes out black and white and can’t find an option to switch the colour on.
The app is really slow, takes up a huge amount of space, and continually crashes. However, when you can make it work (the only way I’ve found is to import multiple very short, 10 second, snippets), it does well. I don’t recommend recording into the app directly, as it loses these videos and you can’t reuse them, so if you want to delete frames they’re gone, record via your camera.
I paid to unlock all the pro features and the app still doesn’t import my files as advertised I wish I could get a refund
