Not People Friendly
This app is hard to find exercises. It should have a way to edit the exercises. It doesn’t explain how to link anything in order to get your activity points. It needs to have a place to put personal notes to keep track of things
No QR code check in
Why can’t I use a QR code on my phone to check in? Lesser gyms (EŌS) have that functionality on their app. Now I have to carry my LVAC id card with me while I’m working out. LVAC would save money if you didn’t have to print a new id every time a new member joins or if someone loses their id. LVAC is hands down the best gym in Las Vegas but their app has to be one of the worst designed and worst looking. It’s time to catch up.
This App works Sparingly
I am so frustrated with this app because it does not pull up the classes when I need it to! I restart my phone and delete and re-download the app and it still doesn’t work. It really messes with my gym schedule since I am heavily reliant on the classes. If I could give 0 stars I would. Seriously thinking of switching gyms solely because the app does not work in my favor & when I need it to.
Schedule Feature Slow to Load
It takes forever for the class schedules to load. The app eventually times out. The class schedule feature is useless if you can’t use it to plan your workouts. And yes, I keep up with the most recent app updates.
Terrible UX/UI
How are your gym’s updated and modern, but this app is hot garbage? Please fix this mess. It’s so slow
Great gym. Poor app.
Very clunky app. Classes and reservations not seamless with PC login. App is good for music and tv at the gym. The classes and class reservations on the app very cumbersome, pretty non usable.
Zero stars!
I wish I could give this app zero stars! To get 1 star it needs a lot of improvements
