Just received mine and it’s an absolute piece of trash. Half of the desktop app is in Chinese and has problems connecting via USB. The mobile app disconnects randomly every few minutes. An absolute piece of trash. I regret wasting my money on this cheap trash. It’s going straight on eBay
Can’t even get it to connect to the device. Main software for desktop is in mandarin. No logical flow to the process whatsoever. Avoid.
iPhone 6S, doesn’t connect. App is in Mandarin.
