I’ve been a loyal client since 2021 and this year (2023) has been the worst I’ve seen LBK. They’ve missed my order twice now and it’s almost impossible to contact them without reaching out more than 3 times. I️ was supposed to receive my order last month and they still haven’t updated it. It was not mentioned it was on back order either.
