Last Call Trivia

i’ve downloaded, deleted and redownloaded multiple times and it still is broken. when submitting a game code, i get a blank screen. i’ve tried using all uppercase letters, all lowercase letters, first letter capitalized, and nothing submits. i am using an iphone 13, my friend got it to work with an older iphone, probably a 7 or 8. once into a game, the ux/ui is not great and doesn’t seem like it was well thought out. definitely needs to be updated with better experience/design and bug fixes. the app definitely seems as if not a whole lot of effort was put into it.

Shorten the code required for the game, use gel-location instead, or something. Please auto fill my question number and make the wager a radio button option so I can see how many wager points I have remaining on the current question. Good enough though!

I experienced this app in motion tonight at my local bar. The host was terrible and the question if you can hear them were odd and not fun. I will not ever do this again. The group of us were all in agreement and left early. Next week we will use a different bar.

Although I occasionally had to show my phone screen to provide the answer, for the most part it functioned as described. There was an issue once the answer was entered, the keyboard would never go away and the submit button was not functional. I tried closing the app and even rebooting the phone at one time. I found that laying the phone on the table and waiting, for a seemingly random amount of time, the keyboard would disappear and allow me to submit. There were no issues with connectivity during this time. I would like to at least see the question numbers selectable without having to type the question number in manually.

Update: Developer, add scroll to the splash page. If a user has their text size set above 5 then the Join Game button is not displayed. Add scroll so they can scroll up to the button. User: if this is happening to you go to Settings> Display & Brightness> Text Size and reduce your text size to 5 or below. When the app was launched on my iPhone SE all that is displayed is a static, locked green and white screen starting out “Our number one goal....”. It doesn’t scroll and there are no buttons displayed. Had a friend load it on her iPhone 7 and same thing. Had another friend load it on her iPhone 8 and it worked so we were able to stay and play. If she hadn’t been there would have been a wasted evening. Did a group of people at the LCT office actually load it on all of their different phones, in different font sizes, and test it to make sure it works? Please fix before next week’s trivia. Thanks.
