Garbage
Game is absolute trash. Unless you are in with a bunch of chinamen who download illegal upgrades you have no chance. You can work for years to build your base and get obliterated in one weekend if you forget to shield. Game caters to Chinese with their bizarre animations. Complete waste of time!!!
Payment risk
I switch country from Vietnam to Canada and now unable to purchase even I added canadian debit/credit card
Poor user experience
they release the new heroes in frontier late and give us week 5 hero selection, instead of week 1 to pull from, 800 tickets for 2 copies another player spent 1500 tickets for 2 copies. We need to start holding LSS responsible for not fixing their errors and rating them 1 at the app store, until they do so. Lets make them accountable and warn new players of the lack of customer service and support to correct their issues that cost players time and money! 😡 i played for years, this is getting out of hand, such a poor and frustrating experience, this is 2 seasons in a row where frontier states are being shafted from obtaining the new heroes, without it being very costly. DO NOT EVER JOIN FRONTIER STATES, they falsely market it as getting the new releases first, its a scam and they position the seasons to ensure you can’t migrate back to regular states. A great game that is being poorly managed

The developers are making this game more and more expensive to play - they are essentially stealing from the players
Cannot get my account back
After playing years this game, I decide to get a new phone and bind my account once again. After all the options provided for the app I couldn’t get my back.
Crashes frequently shady business practices
Most damning is that by either accident or design a purchase in game leads to a different (and more expensive) purchase sent to your wallet. Apple will refund your money but the game will then lock you out of your account until you pay it back. At best this is incompetence and at worst a well executed scam. Customer service is non existent and not aligned at all with North American time zone. The game itself is fun but the iOS version is very unstable. Regular crashes either before at launch or after completion of endless zombie horde mini game. Switching between characters or accounts (and this is a must of the game) will break endless zombie hordes minigame (which is regularly required to expand base and for weekly prizes) and forces a hard reset of iOS device. Absolutely to be avoided.
