If you’re downloading this app you’re probably better off going to couples therapy. The app didn’t work for us. When we read each others answers we just picked them apart and it ended up causing more arguments. It would have worked better with a third party to sort through the issues.

Great app, however customer service is so poor. We had heaps of issues after our free trial, couldn’t sign up. Every page you go to has a different price on it, they advertise 80% off but the price is more expensive than the normal advertised price. Tried to contact them and was provided a link which doesn’t work and only allows new accounts but I already have an account. Then further emails for support were ignored. Wasn’t ever able to get a hold of them for actual help to sign up. Full price subscription on the app to pay is $60 USD a month but they offered us $60 for 3 months which we were never able to redeem. Just too many mismatching prices and no customer service, makes it very difficult and not what you need when you’re using the app due to hard times. Needs work.

I downloaded the app and used for 7 days. I decided I did not want to use the app and I did not purchase a subscription. I have been charged $80 so far and attempted to contact the company multiple times to resolve. Since contacting the company I have been charged again. The administration person I spoke with Taylor says she cannot find my details and has no record of a subscription. I sent her a screen shot of the money that has been taken out and she confirmed it is from this organisation. Taylor says they have no record of my credit card - yet they keep on charging out. DO NOT RISK GETTING THIS APP

Yesterday I was happy with the app, but today I’m not, today it’s glitchy ness has done more harm than good. We get notifications that we’ve commented or sent a message, but it’s not there. We’ve tried reinstalling the app and it’s still not there. We resolved an issue, but we couldn’t see each other’s understanding which made us negative and has caused a lot of issues. You need to fix it.

Really found the exercises and questions interesting and engaging I loved the fact that you can add your own comments and see both your answers to see where you need to work on some issues or address them and talk in a healthy matter. The only issue I find is most times I won’t tell you the notes your partner added and that can lead to you not noticing them making it seem you don’t care, this app issue is a big flaw that should get fixed as it might cause worse problems between the couple.

The app won’t recognise my subscription so I can’t use any of it. Not useful

Terrible app, opened with an honest survey of my marriage. Both partners answered then you get to read each other’s responses. My wife used it to pick apart everything negative I said and use it against me. Probably not the point of the process but didn’t work for me

Buyer beware. It is near impossible to cancel the subscription once you purchase. The app sends you to the website. The website sends you to the app.
