Der REWE Lieferbot macht sich dann auf den Weg zu dir. Er meldet sich per App wenn er vor deiner Haustüre angekommen ist. Du musst dann nur noch den PIN aus der App auf dem REWE Lieferbot eingeben und deinen Einkauf entgegennehmen.

With such slow loading (products, basket) it takes too much time for ordering. Very inconvenient

Užsakiau gėlių, kad atvežtų ryte, tai ruošė ruošė, ir likus 15 min. iki pristatymo deadline atšaukė užsakymą. Paskambino informuoti ir jokio sprendimo nepasiūlė, tik nuolaidą kitam kartui :) o turėjo įvykdyti užsakymą, pasiūlyti atvežti kitą puokštę ar iš kitur ir pasimokyti iš savo klaidų.

appsas stringa, užtrunki amžinybę kol išsirenki prekes. galiausiai po amžinybės praleistos dedant prekes į krepšelį jo visai nebeužkrauna.
Math isnt mathing
Atsisiunciau last mile programele ir VAU 40% nuolaida?? Prisimeciau i krepseli produktu uz 53€ (taikoma nuolaida iki 50€) ir galutine suma su nuolaida iseina 43 eurai su centais. Pritaikiau kita nuolaida - 15%, nuolaida tik dviem eurais mazesne. Su 53€ krepseliu pritaikyta nuolaida - tik 9€ nors is 50€ atemus 40% lieka moketi 30€. Apart to metant viska i krepseli programa strigo, isemus maista is krepselio grizta i krepselio pradzia ir reikia is naujo scrollinti. Nu patrauklios tos nuolaidos teoriskai bet praktiskai jos nera taikomos

Programele su dideliai bug’ais
Pries kuri laika programele buvo atnaujinta ir nuo tada prasidejo bedos (rasyta nekart i klientu supporta, bet be atsako): - neimanoma perziureti ilgesnio prekiu saraso (pvz akcijiniu prekiu), nes pradeda laginti (vis ilgiau uzkraudineti prekes), galiausiai isvis issijungia programele (bandyta su skirtingu modeliu telefonais). Tai jau puse metu ne karto nepavyko perziureti pvz. visu akcijiniu prekiu (ankstesneje programeles versijoje pavykdavo) - karts nuo karto atsiranda klaida krepselyje, kai klientas mato vienas prekes, bet atsiskaitant atsiranda kitokia suma, o klientu supportas matos visai kitas prekes krepselyje. Tada tenka perinstaliuoti programele 😳 bet kai taip treciakart per 2 savaites, tai jau nenormalu.
