NOT RELIABLE
I bought the Mac version of this app and I downloaded the free companion version for iOS hoping that all my reminders would sync flawlessly and that the alerts would show up on ALL my devices. I was wrong. Although setting a reminder is straightforward, the alerts only show up on my iPhone/iPad most of the times. It seems that if you create a reminder on iOS, although it syncs with the Mac version of the app, it fails when it comes to show the alert on all my machines: I am notified on my iPhone/iPad only and NOT on my Mac. After some testings I noticed that the other way seems to be a “little” more reliable: creating a reminder on the Mac sometimes entails the right syncing on all devices and its alert shows up on all devices. Anyhow this involves such unreliability and frustration because it means that for all alerts to function one should only set them on the Mac and not on the iPhone/iPad while on the go. After some other testings I realized that even the aforementioned method was not that reliable: often times the only way to re-sync everything (for how long?) was closing all apps and reopening them one by one. If it was just chance or not, I got tired. There are too many apps on the store that simply don’t work. Enough. There is no information on their website and the support email doesn’t work. Furthermore the iOS app is not universal and there is no way to organize the reminders in categories/folders: if you have many reminders it’ll be hard to find them as they are displayed haphazardly. For a reminder app that promises a full synchronization between Mac and iOS, failing at showing the alerts on all devices is a total disappointment and a waste of time and money.
