Horrible experience
Installed the app and booked an order for dry cleaning. Nobody bothered to pick up the order. Tried calling the customer support but no support. Finally had to cancel the order after 3 days. Money still not refunded.

Worst I ever faced
Totally pathetic Order got cancelled without notification. Because the paid amount was low with help of coupon.
Slow
Service is very slow and their dry clean partners don’t show up at scheduled pickup and delivery date forget time

The worst laundry service possible. Placed an order, already paid for it and pick up never came.
Poor service
The order is neither picked up at the scheduled time nor delivered at the scheduled time. No one responds to the what’s app messages ever. The delivery boy asks for the payment even when already paid in advance. Pathetic service
Pathetic app
They have no idea what they’re trying to do. Just because this is era of internet and communication revolution they were so hurry that they launched the app without syncing locations without doing proper homework. I wish could give less than one star.

They r just blackmailers...pick up your stuff and start making excuses for more money and when u will denied for their service they will ask money for returning ur stuff....
