Forced to download to access ticket
To access my ticket I had to email transfer it to myself from another phone, wait 20 minutes for the email to come through, download the Laval Rockets app, create an account on the Laval rockets app separate from my ticketmaster account I used to purchase said ticket, log into this new account in the app, go back to the email, press accept ticket transfer, wait another minute for the webpage to load to kick me back into the app to accept the ticket. I actually heard of this revolutionary thing called a piece of paper apparently you just hand it to people and they can walk around without needing 2 accounts. Crazy.
