The only thing keeping this app from 5 stars is when you click on view Details above the snapshot, it opens to a general page for viewing all videos. After selecting play videos, then the date, you still have to scroll thru all the videos until you find the one you want. I would like this app to be more like the one from Zumimall. Click on view and it plays the video you want instantly.
My camera keeps going offline. It’s not working if it’s offline! It was fine forever. Now this mess!
It randomly disconnects from online and loads slow. I don’t know what photo you have as a preview but mine has none of the options shown. I constantly have to refresh my app and hope the camera stays online.
The purpose of this app is suppose to allow you to manage your security devices, and receive notifications when there are security alerts. Instead, it sends you non stop sales notifications, making it impossible to discern legitimate alarms vs yet another advertisement. Disgusting.
Not sure why my cameras aren’t working at night for some reason. I’ve had them same location for about two years now. Seems like it’s on dark mode but when I go into my settings there is no dark mode. And it’s doing this on both of my cameras.
I’ve had problems since I got an iPhone 15. Uninstalled and reinstalled repeatedly. Fix this!!!!
I have a camera that seems to work fine, but the whole the connection shows 90% strength, the daytime recordings are choppy, missing nearly half of every minute. Even more strange is that it’s only during daylight hours that it seems to have problems. Doesn’t matter where the camera is located.
If I could give zero stars, I would. And this is coming from someone that has used these cameras for four years now. Started out great, perfect even, but that’s changed with recent updates. Cameras are constantly randomly dying, disconnecting, and have unreliable motion detection. I have 7 LaView devices and have had to replace almost half of them in the last several months. Customer service used to try to actually help you remedy your issues, but now they simply blame everything on you and your wifi and stop responding to your inquiries. Seriously, do not waste your time.

Some good cameras some quit working quick. B5 cameras will stop recording then you’ll be out of luck
