Good service and fairly easy to use, but would like to have more control to either cancel or change services.

Submitted multiple claims after incident occurred. Same day and date and time where verified. Had to come out of pocket to replace our sliding glass door. Sent pictures with receipts of repair. They still declined to reimburse. This was an installation that was needed before the hurricane came. 1,200 worth of damage. 0 stars and now I am going to have to get my legal team involved. They do have a excellent crew.

Unbelievable, no qualifications to be a service provider on this platform. I went through several attempts to get my lawn cut. First three weeks three different guys didn’t show up didn’t do the job and then marked as completed and filed for payment. This app invites lazy unprofessional, miscreants to charge you for services never provided and they yanked my chain by telling me to give the teams time to come. So after 6 weeks using this app my lawn grew way past acceptable length and I just bought a mower to do it myself. Never use apps that don’t have contact with their “employees”. They just lie, cheat, steal. So if you just want to give your money to the beggars on this app please ignore this review, you are a charitable person, good for you, lol.

They started to collect the leaves and just stopped. I can’t reach them and they haven’t tried to reach me.

I am sooooooo pleased with the service I receive from LawnStarter. Everything is so professionally done. It is definitely worth joining with their service.

The one thing that is frustrating about this app is if your pro is coming say Tuesday or Wednesday and you know this from a text but the app just says he’s coming Tuesday and by Tuesday night the app says it’s completed and wants you to rate the service. You don’t because he didn’t come yet but then if something changes and he doesn’t come that week you get charged because it thinks it was completed. I don’t want to give him a bad rating just to explain he didn’t come so I’m not charged. I wish the texts and the app reflect the same date range so this doesn’t happen. The pro needs to update that it was actually completed somehow before the app automatically assumes it.

My lawn always look great when mowed. The grass is picked up, the yard is completely edged. The company has always been helpful with responding to different issues. Very pleased. Brenda.

For about 2 months now that no body come to do the lawn mowed at my yard and I never get any message from your company
