Can’t connect watch to app. Managed it once but then it lost the connection. When it did work briefly, data such as glucose wasn’t sent from the watch to the app, which was one of the main reasons I got the watch. Tried to contact manufacturer but no response. Not happy.

There is no option to record Blood Sugar measurements for data purposes. This measurement sits alongside, BP, Blood Oxygen, Heart Rate and Sleep. Please include this in your next update, as this really limits the versatility of the available data gathering.

Can’t connect to calls, contacts or music

Just installed so it’s the first impression. App shows weather data for the city with the same name but on different continent 😁

I have an issue connecting the watch to my music app it keeps saying can’t operate without phone. It would’ve helped if there was proper instructions on how to set it up properly. 🙄

It’s so hard to connect to the watch. It’s so annoying that there’s no notifications from other apps.
