I have been trying to submit a claim for reimbursement for 3 days. First, it let me do the photo and enter in details, then it blocked me from selecting what kind of treatment it was. Today, I upload the photo and I cannot input anything! What is going on with this?!?

This app is doesn’t offer the basic functionality stated on the online website, which funnels you to it. The form validation doesn’t work when adding bank details for reimbursement, and doesn’t offer any tooltips or information on how to resolve the problem.

Submit claim button is not working, nice job, nice try.

App has become almost non responsive lately, tapping “make claim” does nothing, have to shut down app repeatedly until it eventually works. Can’t even log in today.

Why is my screen frozen after app update? Had no issue before to select cover or submit claim?!! I deleted the app reloaded and still the same 🤯

When it’s time to renew your coverage, the app doesn’t actually tell you how much you owe; it lets you enter any amount you’d like, regardless of whether it’s 10% or 1000% of what you’re supposed to pay. Also, this app continuously adjusts the volume on my phone when I’m using it for some reason. It won’t allow you to have volume off; it must be at least 1. Weird bug that should be fixed.

Cannot access digital GP services because it says I’m already registered and need to contact support. Completely fails at the moment you actually need something. Absolutely useless app. VHI much better.

Truly awful app. Little to no functionality, simply reverts to website.

It keeps informing me to update my version but when I do it says it’s up to date. Yet I have to use my pc to log in and do gp visits as it never works on my cell
