If you sign up for the paid version it appears as though you get billed monthly but you will actually be charged for the full year upfront. If you then politely request a refund because of this being unclear or not properly understanding - they will refuse to offer any refund.
This app got my Instagram account hacked. Never log into anything else and same day I logged into this app suddenly my account is locked and being used by someone otherside of the country. IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT DO NOT USE THIS APP!!!! ❌❌
no longer works properly, which is a shame since the app isn’t cheap. doesn’t show full feed on either of my accounts, so planning is now pointless. also some images are in the wrong order from my actual feed. disappointing.
Literally 24hrs after giving this app access to my account I had an email from Instagram informing me of an attempt to change my password. Luckily I didn’t allow the app to save login info and ‘remember browser’. There is no other possible way anyone could have gained access. ALWAYS enable 2 factor authentication, mobile number or via email. So many people lose accounts this way and I should have known better! Steer well clear of this one. You’re welcome.
Used to work fine. One of the last updates seems to have broken it. Feed no longer updates, so it’s useless. Forced a log out and when you try to log back in, says the api no longer works. Poor development process, poor customer experience, poor quality app.
Installed app, logged in to link my Instagram account, it then immediately pushed me to take out a subscription with no option of avoiding this. Then after all that it wasn’t even able to load my feed. Looking at the reviews, this used to be a good app until some recent changes which seem to have wrecked it.
I’ve paid for this app for two years now, and now they’ve made it that you have to log in to load your instagram feed even if the account is public. Obviously I don’t want to do that, so I’ll be cancelling my subscription and looking for a better app.
It would be so much better if you click to see a larger view of the photos. It’s difficult to plan using only thumbnails. Otherwise a great app
This professes to put you on a free trail standard right, while you try something new? Wrong. I was charged for an annual plan immediately and when I cancelled (also immediately) not refunded and now I have an annual contract I neither want nor can ditch. This is an illegal contract. BUYER BEWARE. Also read the reviews from the worst and work your way backwards to spot fake reviews that suddenly kick in. 😱
Used to love this app but you now have to login to your Instagram to access the feed :(
