Love it!
I love the Layton games and this is the only one that I never got to play out of the series. It’s so handy to play on an iPad and it’d be amazing if the other games were re released as an app too 😊

The tale begins as Professor Layton, a true English gentleman and famous archaeologist, drives to the remote settlement of St Mystere with his apprentice, Luke, in response to a request from the widow of a wealthy baron. The baron’s will indicates that the family treasure, the Golden Apple, is hidden somewhere within the village, and whoever finds it will inherit the whole of the Reinhold Estate. The Professor and Luke must search the town for clues leading to the precious heirloom.
Featuring a distinctive artistic style that oozes old-world charm, the game’s quirky cast of characters instantly comes to life. The animated cutscenes, remastered in HD, tell key parts of the tale in gorgeous detail. And ever-present in the background, the original soundtrack, beloved by many players, keenly captures the mood of the Layton universe.
With puzzles created by Akira Tago, author of the ‘Atama no Taisou’ (lit. ‘Head Gymnastics’) books, Professor Layton and the Curious Village brings together more than 100 brain teasers including slide puzzles, matchstick puzzles, and even trick questions to flex players’ observation, logic, and critical thinking skills. Problème de sauvegarde
Dés que l’on quitte l’application, toute la progression est perdue. Pas moyen d’avoir une sauvegarde.
Manque le doublage VF
Amoureux de la licence et de sa VF, je suis partagé par ce portage. La joie de retrouver ce cher Hershel et son acolyte est entaché par la disparition de sa voix iconique. Vraiment dommage et incompréhensible, vu que tout était déjà là sur DS, à l’époque ..

Je vient d’acheter le jeux je suis sous iPhone 15 pro max aucune cinématique ne fonctionne l’écran reste tout noir très déçu..

pour tout ceux qui ont eu le problème de son c’est normale çà le fait sur tout les jeux il faut enlever le mode muet de l’iPhone
Jeux impossible a avoir en français
Le jeux est vraiment bien mais il n’y a que la version en espagnol…
Pensez à sauvegarder…
Ca doit bien être le seul jeu sur téléphone qui ne se sauvegarde pas automatiquement. Sachant que le jeu revient au menu principal dès que vous quittez l’application, sans même la fermer, autant dire que vous n’avez pas le droit à l’erreur. C’est vraiment nul.
Le son
Le jeu est bien mais l’expérience serait bien mieux avec du son.
Un peu déçu
Je commence le jeu. Ma note actuelle ne reflétera peut-être pas celle que je donnerai plus tard. Pour l’instant, ce qui me déçoit, c’est qu’il n’occupe qu’une moitié de l’écran. L’autre partie est un peu figé. Et on ne peut pas parler de HD si l’on met les cinématiques en paysage. Je joue que sur iPad alors l’indication compatible est trompeuse à mes yeux lorsque que l’application n’occupe pas tout l’écran.
