Lazada was my go-to online shop until Shoppee offered 0% interest installments and compelling vouchers, Lazada has become less appealing to me.

Unhelpful Customer Service
Customer service is unreachable. I would wait for at least 30minutes or an hour to be able to chat an agent only to receive an unfavorable solution that is not customer focused. The customer service representative is not helpful at all and would directly transfer you to another agent without your permission and you would go through again with your concern. They are just wasting your time. It’s frustrating.

Worst customer service
I have a problem with my item not being delivered as per the courier I’m not at home, but I’m at home, search for live agent and email of lazada but no luck can’t report the courier they just give link, unlike shopee that have live customer service for any issues, lazada is worst and will never use it.
Affordable and Quality
I have been ordering in orange app but I explored Lazada and I found out how much money I could save. From now then on, I switched using this as this platform gives a lot of savings to its customers.
Cant redeem free shipping
It’s been more than a year now since I cannot use my iphone to redeem free shipping. I’d have to use other gadgets so my account can have free shipping which is a hassle
Messages Spammer
Messages are useless. I have 10000+ unread messages because all Stores can spam your messages. I wasn’t able to see the Important message from a store that my item is no longer available. I was waiting for that for a long time.
