I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered at nearly 5 o’clock and waited an hour to receive the wrong order. It’s a mistake and it happens a lot, so I messaged them and told them of the mistake. they attempted to say that the driver ordered the wrong food when the driver send me screenshots of the mistake being theirs. I then had to argue with them for a refund when I ordered only $21 worth of food and paid $27. I know that’s not a huge difference, but I never received my food and $6 is another meal for a broke student. Delivery was supposed to be a reward for me and instead it was a terrible argument that lasted almost 6 hours.

I ordered and it was to me in less time than even estimated. I was hesitant, but really impressed. And the deliverer was super nice.

Ordered my food and was still hot! Great customer service as well. Highly recommend if you can’t leave work in time to get lunch.

I’m having my doubts that these guys are actually going to these businesses listed to pick up the food for delivery. I’m convinced that they’re cooking this stuff in-house & passing it off as the Original Restaurant’s food. Twice now I’ve ordered from this app & both times, things have seemed fishy. I frequent the restaurant’s that I order from which is how I picked up on the differences in quality. I kid you not...One of the times I placed an order for a burger & all I got was bread with 2 patties of meat. No condiments, lettuce, or onions...just Bread and Burger. Not sure if it’s just the Starkville location where this is an issue, but be cautious before placing any orders using this app. Might be better to just order pizza deliver straight from their site.

They said a 50 minuet wait. 2 hours later, I’m waiting on my food. No text, no anything. If I could give no stars, I would... horrible 👎🏽

Waste of time to download this app or use the service. Half the time they are too busy to fulfill an order. Or they take forever to text back and inform one that they aren't able to fulfill the order forcing one to wait a long time and foregoing the opportunity to obtain other services. It's so much quicker and simpler to just go get what you need yourself and save your time and money, without the hassle.
