LDS Daily Verse

Beginning 6/13/2024, I have been receiving an error message that the content is not available because there is no WiFi or cellular data available. I have checked to see if the app was up to date and restarted my phone. Nothing is working. This is not the first time that I have experienced this issue. When I tried to send an email to “support” it bounced back saying that the email address didn’t exist. The last update I see is over three years old but they certainly have not removed the ability to collect money!

I love this app when it actually works but it’s been “unavailable” now. It’s been down for 3 days. I write an email to to developer and leave DM. I am also leaving this review. I’ve sent messages to the App Store so other people won’t spend money on this app and get used to using only to have it fail. I’ve done the Wi-Fi checks and modem resets and even used only cellular network. It still is not available.

I enjoy reading these each morning as I begin my day.

I really love to check the daily verse. It gives me a great comfort and also inspiration. However, I grow tired of the glitch. It mentions that I need to connect to WiFi which I already am. It says I need to update. How? So please fix it. I’m tempted to unsubscribe it. It is nice to have a cheap annual payment, but I don’t like to open the app and feel disappointed.

I absolutely love this app! It has simplified starting the day or ending the day on a scriptural note with my children. As others have said, it can spawn some pretty good discussions, as well. The only problem is that every one in awhile it just won’t open and the message says that I’m not connected to internet or that I need to update to the newest version (even though I AM already connected to the internet and my device IS already updated…) This has happened 3 different times and usually last for between 5-7 days… Other than that, thank you for a wonderful app that is worth the minimal yearly cost of $3.99-ha.

I want to express my appreciation for your app; it's fantastic! However, it seems to be experiencing some issues recently. I've been consistently encountering the same message for the past three days. I'm reaching out in the hope that this email will assist in resolving the issue and restore the app to its optimal functionality. Thank you

I loved and rip put in t I his feature on my phone; however, suddenly to it wouldn’t open. It was the best part leasegure out how to make this a part of my le for me to begin my dayty t single life. i Fof my day and I depended on each and every le to walk againpart of it. Please I tried to figure out how to get it back. It said to check in the latest version which resulted in confusion and despair. Not what I wanted or expected. My attitude has been less of what I wanted to feel each and every day instead I am back to negative thoughts and down on myself. In October, I had a tragic fall which culminated in three MAJOR surgeries. Two of the surgeries have never been done on one person. I am writing this from my bed in a skilled nursing facility as I struggle to be able to walk again. Please make it possible for my day to began with this scripture, hymn, speaker and joy it brings to me. Monetta Jeanne Call

I like the so when it works but too often it just says unavailable and gives you nothing. That’s frustrating when paying for a subscription.

I have loved this app for years but am no longer able to see any new verses. And the support email in seetings keeps bouncing back undelivered
