I’ve been trading for almost ten years stocks commodities and FX. and tried various timeframes. Weekly timeframe suits me the best but trends in currencies or gold don’t last long enough and the fundamental forces underlying the price moves are more changeable. At times it’s been great, at other times it’s been soul destroying. Since reading Minervini’s book and hearing about this service, I feel like I’ve just been handed everything I ever wanted, on a silver platter. This Leaderboard platform is probably the best thing that ever happened to me on my trading journey. They find the best stocks for you and present them with the important fundamentals on the same screen. Until now I was looking at Yahoo.finance which gives EPS figures. Leaderboard shows the percentage change for the important metrics instead and doesn’t clutter your screen with numbers that you would then need to crunch yourself. I love it, f#ckin hell where have you been all my life. And I like the log scale on the Y axis, since this is the way we relate to the market as investors This screen is properly an investor’s eye view of the market. There is no other way to find and asses tradable stocks, don’t waste your time. My only thought is; is the challenge gone out of it? Is this really fair? Am I doing it myself? Let’s just concentrate on proper risk management and not try to reinvent the wheel, eh. These wizards, William O’Neil, Minervini and the pioneers, who’s shoulders they stood upon, have sussed it out already, and this platform incorporates that expertise for your benefit. Let’s just trade and make money, there ain’t much else to do! I’m talking here about the service more so then the mobile app, I know, but to be clear, I’m writing this on my iPad and yes the app is great, no problems.
