I’ve been using Leafly for years, it has taught me much about strain lineage and the data is almost always accurate. A couple years ago cannabis really took off in the US and with it came the emergence of thousands of new cannabis strains. I understand Leafly has been working hard to document all these strains, but there seems to be a distinct lack of effort nowadays compared to early Leafly days. The photos are all just stock photos not actual photos of the strain, and then if you guys don’t know the lineage you just put something random like “F1”, but that’s not even a strain it’s just a way of identifying a pheno of a particular strain, you should know that. I think your workers need to have better knowledge of the botanical side of the cannabis plant so they can write better descriptions or whoever approves the descriptions people write needs to be more informed and more scrutinizing about these “fake descriptions”. It’s not every strain like I said there’s a lot of trusted info on Leafly, that’s why it’s still a solid 4 stars from me. I have one additional piece of feedback, with the emergence of seed banks and THCa now, I think it would be convenient if Leafly could, if not directly sell the products, at least provide links to seed banks and online THCa dispensaries that ship domestic like litfarms.com. This would make the app much more interactive and would be a new point of marketing to bring new people to download, not to mention if you sold the products as a third-party you could mark them up a little for convenience and then Leafly could actually start making some money without the need for ads or subscriptions!!!!!!! I was told that things would not change! You are no longer carrying or every have the product I purchase most often. Not happy and will go ahead at this point and change my dispensary to Noble Herb. At least I can count on them having it in stock! Don’t like driving that far but at this point I have no other choice. So sad that High Mountain is no longer !

Leafly is a predatory business. It preys on the businesses that list themselves on the app. They will ghost you and leave your account on auto-billing and auto-renewal for years, and then they will threaten you with collections even though you’ve been trying to get in contact with them to cancel. I beg you, don’t support this company. Find an alternative. Bury these fools.
