The game is very fun and addictive, but is there an option to skip battles I don’t understand. Why can’t you choice what a character ability when he/she attacks

The game had an update, before the update I had a lvl 97 account and had been playing for about a year... After the update my account was gone... I contacted costumer support, NOOOO ANSWER!! Contacted them again, still no answer.. This is over a week ago!! Do not play this game, do not pay to play.. Avoid it! I go a respons today 25.08.18 almost two weeks aften I lost my game... Where They told me to contact the ingame support... If you play this game, you will know that its IMPOSSIBLE to send in a ticket there... you click on: send in ticket an NOTHING happens... Have tried to find differensiert ways to contact them with NO luck.. Not impressed at all, so my conclusion is still the same: AVOID THIS GAME!

Playing the game is fun but when there are the lucky wheel events the previous one and the one starting today it gives an error saying that I have insufficient resource when I have the resources to utilize the lucky wheel.

Love this game, like seriously I feel like I’m never out of resources and I’ve spent money. Unfortunately I went so long without playing it I lost all of my data? I don’t know what was up with that.

Hi guys, I’m Tom and Noyd game player I just got done with your very annoying tutorial. I had to do that very simple very self-explanatory demonstration your tutorials don’t teach your tutorials show where little red dots are at. I’m a 47-year-old man don’t know how to play a game I’m not a child plus those type of tutorials. Don’t teach a child anything you might want to work on your tutorial to make it more funner I’m not so only this you gotta do.

I am begging you! Please add more characters and bring back the events! This game has been basically dead with any content. I have waited two plus years for new characters and all that was changed was moving up the grade of a hero😫! I like playing this game but I might think about stopping because of so little content and many glitches😭

i have had this game before and it’s asking me to enter my billing information to just download the game when the game was free? this is kind of dumb to me cause why would i enter my billing information when the game itself is supposed to be free??
