Leak Logic

Pool leak job data reporting

Description

Leak Logic is a swimming pool leak job data collection and reporting app that helps users complete a leak detection job efficiently and effectively. The end result is a comprehensive PDF report of the work done for your customer. Additionally, the app includes a web-based management portal that facilitates backend job flow and generates a sortable record of all leak jobs performed by your company’s users.
The mobile data collection portion of the app encourages the leak technician user to follow a best practices procedure at the job site. The app’s Menu Page monitors and displays your progress through a comprehensive inspection of the pool. A dynamic display of fields based on previous entries and multiple-choice questions minimizes data entry.

- The first section communicates Job Info that is usually recorded before getting to the job site.
- An Initial Observations section collects photos, equipment observations, and optional Leakalyzer* results that provide a basis for work at the pool.
- The core Component Inspection sections identify each part of the pool (skimmers, return fittings, lights, etc.) that must either be inspected – with a method identified or excluded – with a reason for exclusion recorded. If a problem is identified annotated photos and text sections provide an opportunity for describing the problem found as well as the type of patch or remedy applied.
- At the job’s Conclusion, the user records final observations, a diagram of the problems found and a final Leakalyzer* test to confirm problem resolution.
All collected data is recorded in a web-based management portal where each job’s results can be reviewed before automatically generating an attractive, easy to read, and logically organized PDF Job Report that is custom branded with your company logo. The report is a concise record of the leak job that provides a valuable and tangible record of the work done.
The web-based Leak Logic management portal provides a means of managing leak jobs as they progress from leads to scheduled work, to complete and invoiced transactions. Completed job records can be easily sorted, searched and analyzed. The portal also enables you to keep a list of repeat customers (like pool companies, or property managers) facilitating data entry and analysis of jobs for this customer type.
Optional invoicing add-ons and additional integrations to common business process software are in the works.
Whether you are an independent sole proprietor, the leak specialist at your pool company, or a multi-truck leak company, the Leak Logic App will help to increase your professionalism and add value to your leak detection services.
*Leakalyzer data is entered into the Leak Logic App via graphics file created using Anderson’s Leakalyzer Reporting App which is included with a purchase of the Bluetooth enabled Leakalyzer.
