An innovative Lean application, thorough and easy to use, letting you improve worstations thanks to the suitable guided observations.
Stop wasting your time in report writing and paperwork! From now on, 100% of your time will be devoted to added-value actions: on-the-field presence, dialog with your collaborators and correction of deviations.
You will be able to optimize your planned observations, your targeted observations (quality, security, …) and your gemba-walk.
Advices and suggestions have been selected among the best practices worldwide and have been validated by Lean Manufacturing experts.
This application will let you:
• Get advices to understand how to perform an efficient observation
• Configure and setup different observers and workstations
• Observe each workstation from 5 different angles, answering 25 to better guide your search of improvement
• Define how much time you will devote to the observation on the field, and get information of the reamining time
• Filter reports of previous observations by machine, observer or date
• Add photos and comment to each observation
• Plan corrective actions, as well as their leader and due date
• Check out deviations that you corrected immediately
• Get a global mark, as well a detailed mark for each observation angle
• Export reports to PDF and to .leanobserve format
• Import observations in their original format
• Share your report by email just with one click
