After disconnecting the monitor to send to Grandma’s, the app will no longer connect to the camera. What is the fix? We’ve tried removing the camera from the app but now it won’t reconnect the camera using the QR code

I’m giving a one until you fix the app, it keeps closing on me when on settings and it doesn’t allow me to do changes. It shows there is an error.

So easy to set up and control. And can set up with multiple family members phones to check in and talk. Love it. Using for a bedridden elderly patient.

I don’t often take time to rate apps, but this was a special occasion. For a company as large as V-Tech, you’d think they’d be able to hire a decent app developer. Instead, this app makes it impossible to save almost any settings, throwing an error. That includes simply placing the camera in parked mode so it stops recording. Meanwhile, instead of make improvements, the developer just says, “try this workaround that is pretty impractical” instead of just working to implement requested fixes and features. They would probably just suggest I unplug the camera when I want to stop recording. My suggestion? Instead of making excuses, try hiring someone who knows their stuff, and take ownership of your problems.

Thing that I wish I could adjust. 1. Ability to calibrate room temperature. (It isn’t accurate) 2. Assign guest roles to a co parent so that they have the same level of access as I do. Otherwise they no control to zoom in mute turn on lights or sound. It’s almost useless to a shared guest role. 3. Video resolution to 1080P it fails to change.

At least, make some manual QR code if your never connecting to the phone. It is working when scanning to download the app but never connecting when to PAIR.

App crashes every time I try to set up the camera.

Trying to set up our baby monitor and it keeps saying please try again and doesn’t let us make an account or sign in

The app still crashes when attempting to scan QR code to add camera. Noticed that the other Vtech app got updated and fixed for this same problem. Vtech runs both that and the Leap Frog apps. They’re the same thing so please fix this one too!
