First time in 15 years I’ve bothered to leave a review for an app! This is more enjoyable than any zoom meeting in the current crisis trying to learn a new language
Error occurred, can’t start new course
I purchased 1 month plan to study more about Chinese. What I learned before already covered free contents in this app that’s why I subscribed. However, every time I try to start new course, a page asking me to create my profile popped up. Then I tried to make it but I couldn’t. There’s no instruction where to type my ID and password. (There were just 4 blank for “possible” passwords) I am totally not able to start the course, which made me feel I wasted my money. Hope this error will be solved soon.
Best learning app ever! Life savior
Long story short, I moved to China for work, no clue of any mandarin whatsoever, thanks to this app and tons of talking with people in the MTR 2 years after I was teaching around Guangdong’s Universities and Schools!

How can you mix Traditional and Simplified Characters together?
You guys have to fix this basic problem or you lose a lot of credibility with an otherwise solid product.

to highlight one of this app's strengths : it engages you and captures your attention, making learning more enjoyable and less of a chore. this is very helpful by making you stick around and keep coming back with the app until you really learn (let's face it, some of us need some help with studying consistently). highly recommended specially for those looking for a place to start learning Mandarin!
