Highly Eurocentric. Many or even most languages in the world do not have “good morning” or “good evening”, but the developers of this app are blissfully unaware, and do not include the all purpose greeting you need. Also you’ll get ‘coke’ and ‘pizza’, but no specifically Bhutanese foods. The section on numbers is useless, because Dzongkha has tones, but you will not be able to know them as the app automatically alternates between male and female voice - you need the stability of one speaker at s time. Too much focus on commercial transactions and your personal needs, but hardly any emphasis on getting to know your fellow humans. Tones are not marked in the Romanization at all, and the Dzongkha font is so small as to be painful.

The design is great and it works well, but I didn’t know that I would only be getting nine categories. That should be stated explicitly. Also, the games cycle through the same words from each section, leaving nearly half of the other words out which is disappointing.
