I am in a middle band and wanted to find a free baritone app not a 500$ a year subscription app
It is great
I would love to five-star this app, but without being able to do all the lessons, there’s no way of doing so. Maybe if more lessons were offered free upfront; I could give this a better review. The challenges are well done but sadly, the lessons are locked down. Update: My review stands as is, telling me I need to spend money to get access to the lessons doesn’t really work as a response… Update: Idk who Tinydelta is but I go by AndyJazzson and my review stands as is. Asking for a 5 star reveiw at this point is laughable…
5 star
So when I first started playing my instrument I was a train wreck and now with this app I have improved so much I was 5th chair now I am 1st in my school band it has encouraged my todo things I never intended on doing for instance trying out for coda and other things like that it has improved my playing level so much and I am surprised by how I had not heard of this app before it is a true life saver. -Kenzie
We’re using this to supplement digital teaching in our Band courses. The kids love it. I enjoy seeing quality music and composers. Pitch and tendency tone training is accurate and excellent! I find the specificity of the rhythmic judging a bit lacking, occasionally the accuracy of the rhythms especially tighter 16ths at faster tempos aren’t judged correctly. Suggestion: incorporate a dB meter to be able to grade dynamics as well!
I just started the app and honestly its pretty fun and Im just playing the music, I havent gone too far though, so take the review with a grain of salt
My skills have improved dramatically thanks to this useful app
