Learn German with Seedlang

This is such a cool app. Well done, y’all.

I wish I had found this app sooner. In so many ways it engages you and makes you think. The options are simple yet so useful. I use multiple apps and resources, as I am trying to learn as fast as possible and this app stands out out. This is probably the second review I’ve ever written in my life about any app, that’s how much I like this. If I had to nitpick, it gets frustrating to spell out the really long words without a hint when you’re off by just a letter. While I understand the theory to be correct, sometimes I just don’t see that I have an extra “t” or I’m missing that “i” somewhere. So then I think I am completely wrong.

Just got the app and only tried it for 5 minutes but I’m obsessed and already looking forward to using it regularly Thank you to everyone who made the app

Straight feuer

I feel a lot more confident about learning German through this app. They have realistic scenarios for you to learn, trivia that challenges you, and emphasis on learning the proper articles for each word so you remember if it's masculine, feminine or neutral. They also allow a way to enter custom cards to review or looking up words you might have heard to throw into the mix. Highly recommend if you are serious about learning German.

This is a great app to use in tandem with Duolingo. Duolingo teaches you a lot of vocab, but kind of leaves you on your own to figure out how you’re supposed to use it. Seedlang does a good job of explaining when you’re supposed to use each case and why. I also like that Seedlang lets you play back what you’ve spoken as well as the prompt video so you can compare how you sound to a true German speaker. I’ve been finding out that the way it sounds like I’m speaking in my head is not very often how I actually sound. There’s a lot more I can say on what this app does better than Duolingo, and there’s also a few things I think Duolingo does better. As such, I think it’s best to use both together. Kind of like how some people take actual German lessons simultaneously while using Duolingo.

This app is fantastic! It’s immersive and FUN! There are so many ways to learn, and the actors/teachers are great and make learning memorable. Additional information is provided for many of the vocabulary words that tell you conjugation, word gender, and give example sentences. There are games and ways to make word lists for review. I am IN LOVE with this app!!! Kudos to the creators!!! You have made something truly special, and it’s apparent that you’ve poured much love into this!

I echo what others have said about how good this app is. If you are only going to choose one app, this is it. It makes German learning fun which is not easy to do. You have everything you need to know about the grammar at your finger tips. It’s just…easy, simplified learning. It’s refreshing and I can’t wait to tell more German learners about this app! Thank you so much for this tool.
