my family is from palermo but i grew up in the states. my mother is fluent but never taught me the language. every time i ask her to speak to me she talks way too fast for me to keep up. this app is AMAZINGLY CONVENIENT!!! i’m so happy & grateful i found this. I was always adamant about learning sicilian & not “regular italian” thank you to the creators of the app, absolute life saver.
I’d rather pay a few bucks for this than be interrupted constantly by ads. It’s really annoying.
Are we supposed to be able to hear the pronunciations, or is that only for paid subscribers? It’s unclear to me. I can see and press the sound buttons next to the words but i don’t hear anything. Will update this review if/when it’s fixed.

I downloaded the app, but I am stuck on the page that says “Select Language: Choose your preferred language”. There is no languages for me to select: it is a blank screen: and it does not allow me to press the “next” button until I’ve selected a language. I tried uninstalling and downloading it again but the same thing happened. This seems like a cool app so it pains me to leave a negative review when I suspect it’s just a bug. Please help!
It’s been good so far but recently, there is a glitch where I can’t scroll up. It’s mostly when I am in the coarse section. The sections for phrases,verbs and words are fine. But when I look at the lessons I can’t scroll to read the bottom of the page. Please fix this issue. I don’t know if anyone else is having this issue but I really hope someone finds an answer.
I can’t seem to get any sound here. Are there any instructions to find out if I’m doing something wrong? Or is there some kind of flaw??
