The pronunciations of words are not correct! This is the first thing I noticed. If you are not going to use a voice with the correct accent, at least pronounce the words correctly. Not hearing the correct pronunciation is not helpful!
Too much commercials. That’s annoying.
Never written a review but I must warn you that all the audio files are AI generated so almost pronunciations are wrong, if not worse than how a non-native speaker would have said them. Please don’t waste your time!
It’s not in native tongue to learn the dialect. The voice is automated and will have you sound like a fool
This is a useful app. Though, I would highly assert that the voice of the bot repeating the sounds, words, and phrases be changed to a native Swahili-sounding speaker. It’s awkward to hear an American English-speaking person regurgitate a language that’s not theirs.
The app is good but I’d highly recommend that the voice pronouncing the phrases be a person that is a native speaker, with the accent. I have the danish version of this app and it’s a danish accent. The corresponding accent should be used for this app.
Just a few flash cards. No sound or tests or anything.
