Digital charge for app
It feels wrong to be charged to use an app. It’s a mandatory charge, it discriminates against people who need more lessons - older people- disabled people as it’s charged per lesson, I previously used the AA & before that BSM. They charge a booking fee but I’ve never heard of a digital charge. I think forcing us to pay for the app in a digital fee is an unfair term in a contract- & I intend to seek guidance from the financial ombudsman as this feels unlawful to me. The cost of running the app shouldn’t fall on me, I have no need for practical tips, I wouldn’t want practical tips on riding a bike if I’m paying a tutor, I have also already passed my theory & I bought material from safe learning, I wouldn’t have needed to pay again through a digital charge, I think this charge is unlawful. Even before I had the app when I booked 20 hours over the phone I was charged a digital charge.. I don’t agree with it,
