書く練習の部分では子供が飽きない工夫が良いが、濁点のある単語を登録できないという致命的な不具合あり。日本語わかってない人の設計。

I really liked this app as a learning tool for my children. But shortly after purchasing the app we replaced our iPad & now all the letters are locked again... I guess we have to buy it again to use it?

課金したのに、解除されず、他の文字が利用できません。なぜなのか問い合わせしても返事がないのでどうしたらいいのかわかりません。

I paid to unlock everything but the experience is very sluggish, lots of animations and sounds that aren’t needed for the learning process and it’s lacking quizzes. Sad.
