I purchased this app on my iPad to listen to English podcasts and was happy with the ad-free experience. However, when I installed the app on my iPhone using the same Apple ID and App Store account, ads started appearing again. It seems like the purchase isn’t recognized across devices despite using the same account. Could you please clarify if the purchase is device-specific, or if there’s a way to restore my purchase on my iPhone? I really enjoy the app, but it’s frustrating to think I might need to pay again for the same feature on a different device. Thank you for your help!

It's a great app for learning English, they teach it very clearly. I've tried it several times and it's easier to learn than others thanks.

I have iphone 13 and i cant download episodes what should I do?
