购买了三款游戏，产品单一，解锁后的游戏没有多少新颖的，往往花钱玩一次就玩腻了，三天的免费试用没任何提示就知己扣费了

I purchased a subscription for the preschool academy and now the learning path is locked with only 19% completed.
App not working
None of the activities are loading, it is a blank screen even though our internet is working. This means you pay money for this app and have to connect to their server for access. If their servers go down temporarily or they decide to no longer support this app permanently, you are left with nothing
Update horrible
The new update is causing the app to not function properly. When you open any of the games the screen is now blank. My daughter loved this app and now cries because when she opens it the screen is blank and she can’t play. I have the subscription and my child can’t enjoy the app I am paying for. Please FIX THIS ISSUE!,,,
Disappointing and not worth the money
This company should stick to single payment coloring books. The sas model they have implemented just feels greedy, especially with it requiring an additional account and forcing you to be on line to use it. The kids coloring book is one of our favorite apps and it just works no questions asked. If you reskinned that once a month I’d happily shell out the money to buy every new version. But this app is just boring and it has given me an extremely negative and resentful sentiment towards the company and the app market as a whole.
