Please note there is no option to cancel order! Even if (and it happened) they are an hour late than the time they say the order should be delivered without any notice, and if you call the customer service, they will just ask you to keep waiting, and 30min later their driver calls you and tell you to wait for another 20min like YOU SHOULD! It is understandable that orders can be delayed due to various reasons, but IT IS NOT THE CUSTOMER’S DUTY TO WAIT FOREVER!

It’s very convenient to order food from this app. Lots of options and always on time. Highly recommend!

Eine Bestellung wurde nach 2,5 Std von Restaurant und Lebenda storniert und kein Zugang zu Beschweren !!!! Katastrophe!!! Und die Entschädigung ist Gutschein 5€ innerhalb 1 Monat gegenüber meiner 50€ Bestellung!!! Nein ich benutze die App nicht mehr 再等待两个半小时后订单被商家退了，一家人饿着肚子等，就给取消了。乐本客服说餐馆忙，那就让消费者自己咽也是奇葩. 补偿是自己的优惠券？我不会用你们的服务了，杜塞的烤来烤去也不会去了。

点外卖图得就是方便，不然都出去吃了。 您这平台，1.食物起送价都28 30欧了, 就怎么和别的平台竞争？ 2. 用户点完外卖填完地址 却送不了，你这不浪费人时间么？

想用乐本点餐的朋友可以不用下了，基本等待时间3个小时，有时候过了3个小时都没信，问餐厅才说订单太多做不了，客服有跟没有一样，什么都不会做，过了几个小时没动静的订单要问半天，也不知道帮打电话确认，还得自己去问餐厅。十次有5次超过3小时送到，3次以上等待几个小时后说不接单，最垃圾最垃圾的外卖公司，最后强烈祝愿直接倒闭：）
