The app is not accurate, it shows a price and in the end another price also the availability of the order. The order is very delayed

I did an order on Wednesday from Lebscom and the item was available and my size was available as well, and they just sent me the confirmation for my order. Till Saturday and i didn’t get any email or sms of status of my order then i called them and they said the order is out of stock but it was available in the website then they said we will refund you the amount. After 1 hour they said we will check our stock and will get back to you in the night, when i called them they said we can’t do anything because our operation department didn’t reply. And the amout will be refunded in 25 days. So I highly don’t recommend this website or application because they don’t have any experience of the eCommerce. And i set one star because I can’t do it with none, even one star is more than my experience with these people.

اسوء برنامج اخدو الفلوس و استنيت شهر و ما رجعو الفلوس من نفسهم و كان الغرض مخلص ولا خبروني ولا رجعو شي و لما تواصلت معاهم بهدلوني ليرجعو الفلوس و طولو و رجعهوهم ناقصين كماننن و لما اراجعهم بيقرااوًُ و ما بيردو ... صراحه حسيتهم نصابين ولا بيستاهلو الضجه هاي كلها

التطبيق لا يعمل بشكل جيد مع الاسف

Unfortunately the app is not working and the prices are increasing in a very odd way, I stopped using this app for more than a year now, it used to be the best prices before but not anymore

الاسعار ابدا مو منطقيه واتمنى لو فيه خانة نرفع شكوى على التطبيق. الملابس من الصور خايسه واسعارها فوق الف ريال..

معلومات المنتجات قليله جداً .. خاصة الملابس مثل تصميم التيشرتات والجنز

لا انصح فيهم نهائي طلبت منهم طلبيه نظاره ارسلو لي شكل ثاني المصيبه لو نفس الون اعديها شوي بس صراحه ذمه زين انهم ارسلو نفس الماركه

اشتريت تيشرت رجالي ، حسيت الخامه والقصه سيئه معن دائما نشتري من نفس الماركه خدمة الترجيع سيئه لازم تتابع بنفسك و لا ينسو عنك ، و ممكن ياخذ شهر - Bad quality - if you want to buy don’t return or refund because you have to keep calling the customer and follow up with them to get your money back
