LED LAMP

Very hard to use. After getting a second led ble, I accidentally programmed both by mistake. Now I have tried toggling which led units to program, but it never works, finally, now the app fails to find the units. Power cycling does not seem to help. Very flaky app, very flaky experience.

Why did you “update”? It worked fine before the so called “update” but now it is completely dead! Please fix now before Xmas!

The app is confusing and the timer doesn’t work

After the recent update the app won’t work anymore. I cant switch my light on, off of ANYTHING for that matter via det app. so disappointed.

When standing next to the Bluetooth box on the light chain my phone can find it but the program claims there is no device I’m using the LEDBLE part of the program as that’s what the chain is called and what the instruction video says. It’s Bluetooth so should connect and work not this 5th part hidden program useless crap.

The app needs a lot of work. Does not work as advertised.

App won’t even open. Trash!

You can select any color for solid light and choose between the preset functions of multicolor lights but unable to set custom lights and functions.

App crashes even after uninstalling and reinstalling and the backpack doesn’t turn on

I have been using this app to control my lights for months, and had no issues until the most recent update to Version 4.0.0. After this update, all my custom colors were removed and my groups were removed. I was able to add back my colors and recreate my groups, but my groups no longer work. I created groups to control my lights separately by room, but now I can’t add any of my light “devices” to any of the groups. The app just crashes and if you try again, it just crashes again, making the groups pointless. I need to be able to group and control my lights based on the separate rooms they are in. Please fix this!!!!!
