This app broke my lights !!!
Doesn’t work half the time!
As it costs to do anything other than switch the lights on or off I am more than happy to ignore the costly options and just use the app to turn the lights on only half the time it doesn’t work! Unless this is fixed, I will uninstall the app and turn them on manually!
Alexa light bulb
I carnt log in to the app because my husband pays the Alexa bill ,I bought this light to make life easier for my disabled daughter who is a bed patient , my husband works away so cannot log in until he comes home in three months , if I would of known this I would have not ordered the light bulb because we are not paying Amazon twice just for a light bulb…even after my husband came home ,connecting to the app was impossible ,the light wouldn’t work , it would not connect ,I would definitely not recommend to anyone
