your app is pissin me off , it doesn’t even load , it worked fine for abit and then now it just doesn’t open or anything. not even letting me onto it.

The app is useless and pointless not connecting as per brochure, only their subscription costs coming up to purchase a premium version. I have spend over an Hour trying to setup this app unsuccessful..

Please refund The £9 + taken for this appalling app !! It does not work, does not connect ! Refund ! Refund ! Refund ! Refund ! Refund!

App keeps freezing up on my iPhone 14 Pro

i wanted to try the app with the free trial since i lost my led remote i pressed on the free trial and it said something so i pressed ok multiple times and kept telling me the same thing this app is not doing what it supposed to be doing at all do not recommend this

Haven’t gotten to work yet, makes me vote before I can go any farther

i only get 9 color options and that’s it minus the remote. no other options. i DO NOT want to pay for an unlimited color option. this is ridiculous
