it won’t let me connect.
i’ve been waiting on my wifi to connect to it for like an hour now. i had the same problem last time i downloaded this app.

I would rated a 1 because it is awful, and i'v been waiting to connect it. I am having trouble with this issues, and it will be amazing if you fixed it, thank you!
Nothing works
It won’t let me connect to my Wi-Fi and I do not know the name. I sat right next to my router, full bars, would not work. And if it did I go to so I could use my remote without finding it but no. I would recommend for a new one not an old one.

I looked up if it's compatible with onn. fairy lights and it said it was. I download the app and they won't even connect
