If you already know the series, in general, this is a perfect app with no frills. Everything on YouTube is distracting and a pain. This all is perfect to remind me what the poses are and keep me accurate with my breathing. Authentic studio experience. My only suggestion to make this 6 stars would be to include animated pictures to remind me about the pose. Sometimes I forget how to do specific poses, especially during seated.

If you already have experience with Ashtanga, this app works great. I almost feel like I’m in the back of a yoga studio.
